Jayne was absolutely amazing. She answered any and all of our questions during our entire home buying process. She was always so happy to help us any way she could. We are so thankful my best friend recommended her to us when we mentioned buying a home.

Jayne was an absolute gem to work with. She is very amiable and enthusiastic about her profession. She was careful with details and explained them to me. She even helps me visualize furniture and its placement. We had great fun working together. Jayne also made herself available to me with questions or help after closing. I highly recommend her.

Our experience was poor on the day of closing. The seller shut off the electricity to the home, and we were unable to view the property with sufficient lighting. We learned the main breaker was open, and Jayne promptly decided to leave the closing table and confirm the HVAC system operated -which thankfully it did. I'll note the seller's agent (and Berkshire Hathaway agent as I understand) was happy to proceed with closing without verifying the integrity of the HVAC system and suggested we simply push any pre-existing issues onto the warranty company. This unethicalWhat we didn't notice during our walkthrough due to the lack of lighting was the amount of grime, mold spores, animal hair, dog snot, unidentifiable stains, and splattered paint throughout the home. It has set us back several days on our move-in process with repeated cleanings of the flooring and ductwork ongoing. I don't fault Jayne; however, I'm astonished at the lack of pride from the seller and seller's agent. I personally would be embarrassed to market a home in such condition -given the asking priceMy wife and I are resilient and will work through the issues. Had we known the condition, we would have insisted on professional cleaning services prior to moving our contents into the home
